| Returns ***No returns on sale items** We love our Tyler and Tallulah merchandise and hope you do the same. We will issue refunds up to 14 days after purchase for all merchandise excluding: swimwear, underwear, or shoes. Sales items and holiday items are final sale. Pre-order items and sale items cannot be returned and do not receive credits or refunds of any kind. We will gladly issue a Tyler and Tallulah store credit for these items as long as the items are in the original bag or tissue with tags attached. Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. Please email customer care at tylerandtallulah@comcast.net with the reason for the return. You will receive a Tyler and Tallulah return number. Place this number on the outside of your return prior to shipping. Please send by confirmed mail or ask for a signature as we cannot refund for items we have not received. Please try all your shoes indoors as any scuffed bottoms will void any returns. Any returns not in the above, described condition will be returned to the consumer at their expense. Shipping fees are not eligible for refunds. Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase credit. Tyler and Tallulah is not responsible for lost packages out of the country unless insurance is requested. Please email us to request insurance. Size Exchanges Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Just place an online order for the items you desire and we will process it promptly. Your account will be credited within 30 days. We would also like to note that some of our children's apparel is quite delicate and may not hold up well with active toddlers. We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn. Please keep this in mind when ordering. |
