Preorder Policies

Preorders are items that are not yet in stock. When you select "deposit" at checkout, you will leave a 50% deposit on your preordered items to reserve your size. Your balance will be charged when the items are shipped. We will ship within 48 hours of the time they arrive in our warehouse and upon payment of balance.

During check out you will be given an option to pay a 50% deposit or to pay the order in full when you check out.  If you elect to pay a deposit, we will charge the balance of your order when it is ready to ship.  If you use Paypal, we will send an invoice for the balance due. when your order is ready to ship.  Preorders will be shipped once payment in full is made.

Refunds will not be given for preordered items. Store credits will be given for preorders that need to be returned for sizing. If we do not have your size in that particular item a store credit will be issued for future use in the same season. Preorder deposits are not refundable should you cancel your preorder.

If preorder balances are not paid within 10 days of the date of balance invoice, the items on that order will be returned to stock and the deposit paid on that preorder will not be refunded. Tyler and Tallulah has no control over when companies ship. If an item is not shipped you will receive a full refund on your credit card or paypal account.
